Board Certified Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Cervone brings 25 years of experience to Associated Orthopedists of Detroit. A native of St. Clair Shores, he graduated with honors from Wayne State University and then continued on to earn his doctorate in 1991. He remained in Detroit for his Orthopedic residency and joined the practice in 1996. 

 

Dr. Cervone is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a clinical instructor for Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He previously served as Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics and the Peer Review Committee at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. He has been featured in Hour Magazine's Top Doc.

 

Dr Cervone is the Cofounder and inventor of NuShoulder™ , an exercise machine that provides a quick, effective and user-friendly method to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles for injury prevention, improved performance and faster recovery times from surgery.
